Registration requirements
The official registry lists com.cy as a second-level namespace for registration by all entities. Do not transfer that openness to org.cy, net.cy or ltd.cy, which have different eligible applicants. The registry says individuals and organizations from any country may apply for .cy names; reserved labels and application checks still matter.
.com.cy is a namespace beneath .cy, not a separate top-level domain. A coupon does not waive its registration rules.
