Use the complete China namespace
.net.cn is a category beneath China’s .cn country-code domain. CNNIC’s registration guidance identifies category namespaces separately from names registered directly under .cn. The same label in these different categories is a different registration.
Match the address to the project
For a technology service, document the public website domain separately from hostnames used for operations. Test the address in customer support messages so users do not omit a label. A network-themed ending alone does not establish the provider’s technical qualifications or regulatory status.
Prepare for identity validation
Registrar guidance for .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn and .org.cn requires real-name validation. Ask the selected provider which identity or organization documents apply to your applicant type and location, how to submit them through its secure process, and when the registration becomes usable. Do not send documents through an unrelated comparison site. Provider onboarding support may differ.
Compare the full ongoing cost
Check registration and renewal in the same currency. Confirm tax, required services, minimum term and exact-name premium classification in the merchant basket. A successful price lookup is not confirmation that validation has completed. Long-term estimates here use saved annual renewals rather than guaranteed future rates.
Alternatives and help
Compare .cn for a shorter country-code address or .net for another audience. Check each ending’s rules separately. Use the managing registrar for billing, identity-check status and DNS questions, and CNNIC for registry guidance.

.net.cn coupon and pricing questions
Do .net.cn coupons apply at every company?
No. Each code has its own merchant, extension, customer and expiry conditions. Only explicitly scoped offers appear in the extension coupon section. Confirm acceptance in the merchant basket before paying.
Why can the .net.cn renewal price be higher?
An introductory registration offer can apply only to the first year. Compare the annual renewal and any mandatory charges separately; the cheapest first year may not be the cheapest long-term option.
Are the 2-, 5- and 10-year costs guaranteed?
No. These are estimates of repeated annual payments using the recorded first-year and renewal prices from the same company. Future prices, taxes and optional services can change. Missing renewal prices stay unknown.
For registration rules, use the official registry contact and check the registrar’s eligibility requirements.
